It's Not Just a Signature — It's Legal Protection You Can Count On
A notarized document isn’t just signed — it’s witnessed, verified, and authenticated by a state-authorized official. That distinction is what makes it legally binding and fraud-resistant in courts, real estate transactions, financial institutions, and government agencies.
Whether you need a single document signed or a full real estate closing package handled, we treat every engagement with the same level of care and precision.
Important documents are often critical to personal, business, and legal matters. We ensure every notarization is accurate, legally binding, and handled with complete confidentiality — giving you peace of mind every step of the way.

Types of Notarization — What Each One Means
Not all notarizations are the same. The type required depends on your document and its purpose. We determine the correct type for your situation — you don’t need to know this in advance.

Acknowledgment
The signer confirms they signed the document voluntarily and understand its contents. Most common for real estate deeds, powers of attorney, and contracts.

Jurat
The signer swears or affirms under oath that the document is true. Required for affidavits, sworn statements, and court documents. Signer must sign in front of the notary.

Oath / Affirmation
A verbal promise of truthfulness — often used alongside a jurat or for official sworn statements. Used in legal and government proceedings.

Copy Certification
Certifying that a copy of a document is a true and accurate reproduction of the original. Common for diplomas, passports, and identity documents (permitted in Texas).

- Power of Attorney for asset/property matters in Vietnam
A student who qualifies for $30,000 in loans should not automatically borrow all $30,000. We help families make the borrowing decision that protects the student's financial future — not just the one that covers this semester's bill.
